On the 21st of July 2025, the Minister for Health, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD, signed the necessary regulations made under the Data Protection Act 2018, to enable the public facing elements of the Inquiry to commence.
The Inquiry commenced on the 22nd of July 2025.
